Hi and hello!
I’m going to keep this brief, and mostly picture oriented, because we’re all such busy creatures. Contained in this here post, you’ll find the following:
- Notes about a couple shows I’ll have work in this month,
- the scoop on the latest Herbert the Owl painting I’ve completed
An Art Auction at Live Worms Gallery
July 18th @ 7:30pm
2000 4th Street, Berkeley, CA
An arty response to assassination/fallen heroes. I’m working on something a little different for this show. I hope to see you there.
Favorite Things: A Group Show at 4th Street
July 19th @ 4:30pm – 7pm
2000 4th Street, Berkeley, CAThe artists of 4th Street Fine Art present work celebrating a few of their favorite things. I apologize that the song is probably now stuck in your head…Swing by, say hi!
From Herbert the Owl’s journal:
“Today, I met a Fennec fox. My, his ears were so large. He offered to take me flying in his paper plane. Not being one to shy away from adventure, I, of course, said yes. His piloting leaves me wondering if I should have packed a parachute. The view sure is lovely though.“
In case I haven’t said it enough, thank you so very much for your continued support! I’m so happy to be doing what I love. I’m always happy to hear from you. If there’s a type of bird you’d like me to add to the collection, just let me know! If you’d like to see more of Herbert the Owl, know I’ve got an illustration in the works. Stay tuned for that!
Hugs!
