Shipping
Most orders ship in 7 business days, but please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. Tracking information is emailed when it becomes available. Please contact me immediately at maggie@maggiehurley.com if you need your order in a hurry.
US Domestic Orders:
US orders ship USPS Priority or First Class with a 1-5 day transit time depending on the method you choose. US orders over $100 are automatically insured.
International Orders:
Non-domestic orders ship USPS First Class International. Transit times vary by country. Please note that international shipments could take more than a month to arrive. If you do not receive your package within 40 days of shipment, please email me at maggie@maggiehurley.com for a replacement or refund.
Packaging
I do my best to ship as sustainably as possible. This means your art might arrive in a box that has been reused. Other packing includes padded envelopes and mailers.
Returns/Refunds + Lost Shipments
All sales are final, except for a few situations and a restocking fee may apply. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged art, please let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund.
For items damaged in transit, please take photos of the packaging and damaged art and email them to me at maggie@maggiehurley.com; these are necessary to replace or refund your order.
If your package has been lost in transit, please contact me. I am not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses.
Intellectual Property + Acceptable Use
I retain all rights to all artwork I create, even those of sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the buyer has purchased full or partial rights to the artwork in addition to purchasing the artwork. No one (buyers, collectors, website visitors, etc.,) may reproduce any of my artwork in any way without written permission from me.
